The property was clean, well equipped and very homely. The property is in a lovely quiet peaceful area of Kilcloon. The proprietor’s are very accommodating and helpful. We will definitely stay again.

An absolutely beautiful old family country house that has been tastefully transformed into a charming up market B&B. Mary and Raymond are delightful hosts - full of local knowledge and wonderful Irish hospitality. It really does feel like you are guests in their home. The house and location are in the heart of the countryside with lovely views. Needless to say that it is in a very quiet area and we slept beautifully! Breakfast is all home-made and cooked to perfection. Close, easy drive into Athy for dinner. Would have no hesitation to go back and stay if we were back in the beautiful area. Thanks for a wonderful stay both.

Staying at the cottage managed by Kevin truly felt like visiting my parents' home. Everything I needed was thoughtfully prepared, and I felt very comfortable throughout my 5-night stay. Although the bathroom was a bit small, it was reasonable considering the price.

Excellent location. Few minutes into Maynooth and hour to Glendalough or Kilkenny for example.. near lots of places to explore. House so clean and comfortable and host very helpful but not intrusive. Would highly recommend.

Private, cozy, comfortable, and equipped with everything you could need for a self catering stay. The hosts are an amazing couple, so friendly, extremely responsive and nothing is too much trouble. The cottage has 2 bedrooms, and a generous sized lounge, so we had ample space to spread out. The log fire is fully functional, and while the cottage is warm already the log burner was a bonus just for a cozy night while the rain fell. There’s parking right outside the cottage door. A car is a must to explore, but there’s regular bus links to Dublin a few minutes from the property and the easy walk into Celbridge is enjoyable and takes about 10 minutes. If you want to cook, there’s big supermarkets 5 mins drive, or takeout deliveries are also available. In short… We will stay here again.

Great location in Athy .Down a quiet lane so you feel like your quiet rural but 2 minuets to town which is large enough so you can get what you want but small enough to have that village vibe .1 hour to Dublin 40 mins or so to the coast .Got a nice little welcome package on arrival , booking in was a breeze and Claudia couldn’t have been more helpful
