The Waters Country House ligger i Newtown, 5 minutters kørsel fra Ballyvaughan og Galway Bay. Der tilbydes over 16 hektar landbrugsjord ved foden af Burren Hills. This property is the most beautiful, majestic space with breathtaking architecture. It is nestled into a hill with views of The Burren and the sound of flowing water is around every corner. There are several inviting common areas complete with fireplaces and the feeling of contemplation and peace. We topped off our eve with a whiskey at the “help yourself” bar. The next morning we visited the Ailwee Caves (a must see) and the 16th century tower house called Newtown Castle which is part of Burren College of Art - there was true student talent. Both places are a short walk or drive from The Waters Country House. This is a one of a kind B & B NOT to be missed and Wolfgang and Maria are the most gracious proprietors!

Teresa's Cottage ligger ca. 23 km fra Eyre Square. Her er terrasse, kaffemaskine og udsigt til en have. Wish we could have met Bill in person as very responsive and friendly on the phone. We were sorry we missed his visit and appreciated his nice note. The cottage was fully equipped and it was great to find scones awaiting us and some other sundries on a prettily laid table for breakfast the next day. Nice layout for two couples traveling together, even with a single bathroom. We enjoyed the fire and comfortable living area and well equipped kitchen. Had a fabulous dinner at the recommended Moran's. The country setting (including nearby donkeys!), with walks out the door, suited us and was centrally located to all we came for (such as the Cliffs of Moher by sea, the Burrens, St. Kilmacduagh, Leamaneh Castle, Ballyvaughan, Maumturk Mtns, the 12 Bens, Galway, Kylemore Abbey, Roundstone, Clifden). In wild and wooly weather, it was very good to head "home" to cozy lodgings.

Host provided a lot of food for us (milk, orange juice, pasta and sauce, cereal and some can food). Washing machine, vacuum cleaner, drying rack, microwave (but no microwave utensil) are available. There are 2 hot plates on top of the oven which you can cook your food, but is a bit too high which make cooking difficult.

Conway's Cottage with Sea View Nestling by Cliffs-of-Moher har havudsigt, gratis wi-fi og gratis privat parkering og ligger i Liscannor, 2,2 km fra Cliffs of Moher. It was very good place to stay. The location is really close to Cliffs of Moher. Room very nice and very clean as well as bathroom. Bed very comfortable. Daniel and Mary very helpful in telling what is worth to visit. They are really nice people. Breakfasts was delicious. Generally I would highly recommend!

Bay View House har havudsigt og ligger i Liscannor, 6 km fra Cliffs of Moher og 46 km fra Dromoland Castle Golf Course. great location for the cliffs of Mohr. in fact you could drive a short distance and hike in from farmland. Susanne can give you those directions. If the time is right you can see seals from the upstairs window or the backyard

Roadside Cottage The Burren Kilfenora County Clare ligger i Kilfenora, kun 20 km fra Cliffs of Moher. Her er en have, en terrasse og en døgnåben reception. Everything! The cottage was perfect, the owner came over to meet us in person and introduced themself, and the local restaurant was excellent! We walked to it each night.
