We loved the location and layout. The cabins had everything we needed. The view was great. Check in/out was easy.

Overlooking the Akureyri Fjord, Viking Cottages Akureyri is located 7 km from central Akureyri. All cottages include free WiFi access, a well-equipped kitchen and a private terrace. Beautiful location with top notched quality furnishing. We enjoyed our 2 night stay there and hope to come back!

The house was spacious and well-equipped with all I needed. The kitchen equipment was sufficiently provided for the big meal. The bed in the bedrooms and the sofa bed in the living room were very comfortable. The pillow was too soft for me, anyway. View from the house was amazing as the house located on a hill quite a distance away from the city. I could also see the northern light from the house. Parking was available in front of the house, but the access to the parking area and the house itself was a little bit tricky. There were so many similar houses nearby, which caused me some time to find the right house. Moreover, the way to the parking was invisible as it had been totally covered by snow upon my arrival, making it hard to know how to drive a car to the parking area. My suggestion is that the photo of the house from outside and the access to the parking area (without snow) should be preliminarily provided for the guest.

The stay in the AK Center - Hot Tub Villa was amazing. The house is very beautiful, cozy and in a good location. The host was friendly and very helpful. We really aprecciate that he provided extra matress and beddings, so our family of 9 was comfortable. The house is beautifully decorated and the kitchen is well equipped. We had a really good time, I highly recommend staying in Hot Tub Villa:)
