Just 25 km from the iconic Blue Lagoon, these cabins come with free high speed Wi-Fi, a furnished terrace and a hot tub. Very warm and cozy cabin. Check-in was easy as well as the communication with the hosts. The cabin was equipped with everything we needed, was close to the ocean and had an awesome hot tub. Would have liked to stay even longer!

Self check-in was super easy — the hosts were very accommodating and allowed me to check-in early since no guests had stayed the night before. The instructions were clear, everything was spotless, temperature control was simple with the radiators, and the apartment was well-stocked with kitchen equipment, a washer and dryer — all the conveniences that are often costly or unavailable in hotels.

It was exactly as described and I have nothing but praise for the house. Warm and welcoming and everything was excellent. Could not recommend it enough. We had an amazing stay.

There’s a perfect kitchen with a variety of utensils for cooking. Unfortunately, our time was limited, but we appreciated the amenities and the location close to the ocean.

Located in Sandgerði village, these basic wooden cottages are a 10-minute drive away from Keflavik Airport. Free WiFi is available. I recently had the pleasure of staying at iStay Cottages in Iceland, and I can’t say enough about the wonderful experience! The cottages are simply charming—cozy and beautifully minimal in their decoration, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere. Additionally, the location is fantastic, being conveniently close to the airport, which made it easy to catch my flight and stay on schedule after my stay.As soon as I stepped inside, I was greeted by a delightful smell of cleanliness that made me feel instantly at home. The attention to details was impressive. The cottage itself was immaculate, and it was evident that the staff takes great pride in their upkeep.The shared bathroom was exceptionally clean and the kitchen facilities were so well-maintained. Everything was spotless and organized, making it easy to feel comfortable using the shared spaces. Overall, iStay Cottages offers a perfect blend of cozy accommodations and outstanding cleanliness. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Iceland!
