Guests staying at this holiday home have access to a patio. When staying at the holiday home, guests can use private entrance. Cozy and peaceful, with a very calm view. The hot tub was waiting for us so we could jump right in. Very easy check in and check out, I wish it could be a little bit more private in the hot tub area, but overall it is a beautiful place.

Easily one of the best accommodations we experienced in Iceland. The house is clean, modern, and very spacious, giving plenty of room to relax after a day of sightseeing. It’s perfectly equipped with everything you might need, which made our stay very comfortable. We also enjoyed the lovely views and the peaceful, quiet surroundings — a great place to unwind and recharge. Definitely a top choice, and we would happily stay here again on our next visit.

The kitchenette was convenient for preparing lunches for the day before we went out on adventures. We saw horses and goats very close by through the big window, and we even saw northern lights our first night! The location was quiet but still convenient for touring the golden circle. If I ever make it back to Iceland, Áskot Cottages will be the first choice for places to stay.
