Church of San Pietro Barisano is 1.3 km from the holiday home. The apt was very unique. When we first arrived we were a little concerned of the street, other places seemed to need work. After opening the wooden door to ur place we were very pleasantly surprised. Great apt in the rocks. Right near by there is a little alley with amazing views of the old city , quite a surprise to discover it Parking was a little walk away and limited but we did not need our car so left it parked the whole time we were there.

Excellent B&B, everything was superb. Our room was very clean and well-equipped, with a nice balcony overlooking the farm. Probably the best part of our stay was the breakfast, with everything fresh and eggs from the farm. The host is amazing. We stayed here and visited Matera for the whole day. We could only stay one night, but we wish we could have stayed longer.
