Lovely views and good food. The staff was very welcoming and accomodating.

Agriturismo Villa Guarnaschelli is a 17th-century villa set in the hills around Florence and offers panoramic views from its tower and courtyard. The garden features the villa's original stone olive press. The place is really nice. Rooms are clean, breakfast was really good (some eggs, local bread and meats, sweet cakes, good coffee). The pool was enjoyable. Location is really near Florence, you can also go there by tram which is not too far away in Scandicci. Staff is really nice and welcoming.

The farmhouse is run by a young Italian couple and has been carefully restored to offer a swimming pool and Tuscan restaurant serving traditional cuisine and a wide range of wines. The estate also contains a charming living room with a fireplace and 3 dining rooms furnished in a country style according to the owners’ creative tastes. Excellent food. Everything felt incredibly fresh, which for me is a huge bonus. The staff was lovely and available by email for any question I had even before arrival. The setting is pastoral—you see green on every side. There’s a horse farm where you can go for a ride. Truly charming. We didn’t try the spa, but my husband had an in-room massage and was very pleased. Very clean. Recommended for anyone looking to escape all the city noise. A car is essential.

Good wifi and of course no parking issues

We loved Poggio Giulia and had an amazing holiday at this beautiful and quiet place. The place was very well maintained and clean. The surrounding garden was beautiful and the pool was perfect and clean. It is situated on a small hilltop and has a lovely typical tuscan view and tranquility. Last but not least the owners were always available and very friendly and helpful.

She had a variety of snacks and drinks available for very reasonable prices, and she arranged delivery of an excellent dinner from a nearby restaurant. Breakfast the next morning was delicious. Great stay!
