The place feels brand new and the entire estate has been built by Manuela and her husband with utmost care. The breakfast was plentiful and all our dietary needs (allergies and such) were taken care of. We especially liked the fresh local, organic fried eggs and fresh fruit from their garden. The pool area is nice and relaxing. They even have their own small bar-shed that they opened up for us and gave us drinks and snacks at our arrival. The BnB is placed very well for excursions to sights as well as the beach and also close to the cute little town of Macerata with several museums, sights and restaurants. An added bonus was of course that we had the place to ourselves. Again thank you so much Manuela and family for a great stay! We would like to come back in the future.

She did everything to make me comfortable at every moment of my stay. The room floor was 2 years old , and everything is pretty new and very nice decorated. The room was spacious and very elegant. Bathroom super clean and well-decorated, even with a plant. The garden is small but very comfy. They put nice decorations as well, bench, hammock, sun batching bed, etc... very nice view as the building is on top of hill. Barbara prepared breakfast, simple but delicious. I will definitely come back again.
