The wine tasting was excellent. The food in the restaurant was superior. The breakfast each morning was the best we had our entire Italian trip. The wait staff were wonderful and very comforting. Mony and Happi were lovely and very helpful

Breakfasts are a separate pleasure. Natural products, fresh pastries — every day began with the taste of real Italy. We felt at home, and at the same time — like in a fairy tale. Incredible location in tuscany with a lot of nature everywhere around and really nice ambience of old castle. The room was reconstructed not so long ago and it was in perfect condition. Breakfast had a a nice choice of different food and it was very tasty. There is also wine shop were you can taste and buy really good wine and excellent olive oil.
