We had a fantastic three-day stay at Casa Amelia in Taormina. What truly made this visit special was the warm hospitality of our host, Mr. Ugo. He picked us up from the bus station and also brought us to the train station – a level of service that’s rare to find. He responded to our WhatsApp messages immediately and always in a helpful and friendly way. We’ve traveled a lot, but we’ve never had such an amazing host as Ugo. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and perfectly located. In one word: a 10! Just a note!!! : the listed hosts Justin & Carolina were not the ones we dealt with – our exceptional experience was all thanks to Ugo.

Amazing location, with a large terrace with great views across Taormina, the sea and majestic Mount Etna ,very close, 2-3 minutes walking distance, to the beautiful High Street- Corso Umberto and the famous square Piazza IX Aprile, one of the most beautiful squares in the world I'd dare to say, with superb architecture and breathtaking views over the Ionian sea and Mount Etna. Grocery supermarket and any other shops and restaurants, a short walk away as well, even the amazing Antico Greek Theatre is a beautiful short walk away and that is a must see landmark, with, again, breathtaking views 360 degrees around! Ivan, the host of this beautiful place was very nice and helpful with any question or request we had. The WiFi was good, hot water at all times, aircon heating if the nights got a bit chilly, two bathrooms is a good confort plus, the kitchen amenities all good quality and easy to use, you have anything needed for a good stay either if you do self catering or eat out. To cut a long story short, we found nothing to complain about and we would happily return to stay more days and explore more of Taormina and gorgeous surroundings!
