Excellent apartment, large, comfortable, well-equipped and-crucially-with excellent short instructions in English for the different appliances. The three-level bunk-bed is fun and very solid. The air conditioning works really well. The tatami room adds authenticity. Although the staff was very discrete, we were more than pleased with them: they always answered very promptly to messages and facilitated us receiving our suitcases which we had sent with the luggage service seamlessly. We very much enjoyed and highly recommend this apartment

Popotel 2 KURA ligger i Matsumoto, 3,1 km fra Japan Ukiyo-e Museum, 29 km fra Canora Hall og 12 minutters gang fra Matsumoto-borgen. Overnatningsstedet ligger 6 minutters gang fra Matsumoto Station. The property owner's communication was fantastic. They were very friendly and the way they had equipped the property was very helpful, with everything you need and instructions for use. A really nice location we would love to return to some time.

We had a great few days staying in the chalet. It was quiet, clean, and conveniently located to access various hikes/trailheads, restaurants, supermarkets and other sites. The two bathrooms (one on each floor) were handy and we loved having the washer/dryer. The kitchen had everything you need for cooking, including oil, salt and pepper. The fridge/freezer was large. We liked the keyless entry system. Finally, staff were very responsive and helped us ship our luggage with Yamato to our next destination.

Vi har en række smukke og veludstyrede hytter, beliggende i førsteklasses områder centreret omkring Happo skisportssted i Hakuba. We loved our stay at MORINO Chalets, everyone was so helpful. The suggestions and advice, drop offs and pick ups by MORINO were fantastic. House was warm, excellent amenities and perfect for a restful and fun filled Japanese ski holiday. Hakuba is magical.
