More importantly, through messaging within the booking app the staff at the hotel went above and beyond for us. They were exceptionally communicative in assisting us after my husband left a bag on the Shinkansen from Tokyo. They also provided a free shuttle ride to and from the bus stop which was great. The drivers were so nice

Very warm during the winter with heating functioning so well. The cabin is clean. I think the photo doesn't do much justice to how nice the cabin is. It's equipped with table with heated blanket. The kitchen is nice sized with all the amneties needed. Location is so close to the ski lift probably 2 minute walk to the iwatake ski lift. You get the house to yourself. Bedding is tatami style bedding. At night if the sky is clear you can see starry night sky full of stars. The owner is very much welcoming and warm and friendly to you.

We have a variety of beautiful and well appointed chalets, located in prime areas centered around the Happo ski resort in Hakuba. All quiet but convenient locations close to restaurants, ski slopes and shuttle bus stops. Forest or mountain views and plenty of fresh, clean mountain air! Fully equipped kitchens, modern bathrooms, streaming channels and top quality mattresses for a comfortable nights sleep. Big house just right size for 7 of us. The bedrooms are big and comfortable. Everything is great and clean. Good conversation with staffs. We really enjoyed the stay. Thank you.
