Although the staff was very discrete, we were more than pleased with them: they always answered very promptly to messages and facilitated us receiving our suitcases which we had sent with the luggage service seamlessly. We very much enjoyed and highly recommend this apartment

He also showed us the bus schedules depending on where we planned to go.

Everything is perfect in this place we stay 6 nights for snowboarding trip. We booked one bedroom apartment for 3 people, the room is big enough for 3 messy girls. So absolutely recommend.

We arrived late but he was very patient - he picked us up, drove us to Rythm to rent ski gears and helped us to shop at supermarket. He was always there when we needed help. My kids loves him and the place. Fukushima/san and the villa is the highlight of our Hakuba vacation!
