The hotel is just a 5 Minute walk from the beach.and Main Nigombo city Mr. Lion have own vachial, it will greatly help and benifits for sometime short or Long distance tour. I’d definitely stay here again — great value and perfect for a relaxing getaway.

Everything was perfect; we were very impressed by the place! the pool was super nice , staff exceptional, super helpful, they guessed our needs even before we knew them! the breakfast - very very tasty 🤩 We really recommend sujeewani villa ; it was the best decision to book them ❤️

Gerido por uma família local, a Villa Shade é uma propriedade encantadora e pacífica, rodeada por jardins verdejantes, apenas a 4 km da cidade de Negombo. Everything went very smoothly here, from the late night airport pick up we arranged via the hotel right up to our departure the next day. This made a big difference after a long day of travel with young children. The family villa was clean and comfortable with good AC and we had a great sleep. Loved waking up to the sound of birds singing in the morning. The breakfast of hoppers, local fruit etc was delicious. The well established and maintained gardens made for a relaxing setting and the kids enjoyed climbing up the treehouse, playing basketball etc. Everyone there was very friendly from the owner to the staff. Highly recommend Villa Shade.

The room and bathroom were super clean and comfortable, and the owner couldn’t have been more helpful nothing was too much trouble. I’m so glad I chose this place, it made my trip so much easier and more relaxing! 😊

Very peaceful location and super friendly owner. The house is large and has plenty of room, plus AC and a nice warm shower. Its located away from the road noise but still close enough to the supermarkets.
