A very beautiful villa that has been renovated to an exceptionally high standard. We ended up staying here for a week because it was such a wonderful place to relax. The location is excellent for exploring the local area which is very beautiful and a welcome change of pace to the south of the island. We have been in Sri Lanka for 3 months and this was definitely the best accommodation we stayed at. We got regular messages from the host Kam checking everything was ok and if we needed anything. If your looking at exploring the Jaffna peninsula, I would highly recommend staying here.

Its located in a quiet lane on Manipay Road overlooking agricultural land owned/rented by smallholders. Noise and external interference is absolutely minimal.

Super modern, AC in every room, and very clean. Definitely the nicest place I stayed at while in Jaffna. Host stayed in the house with us but was super nice, brought us juice when we checked in and gave us an awesome breakfast.

Clean accommodation with great air conditioning units in each bedroom. Kaja and his family went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our time in Jaffna. He also had great recommendations for tours and things to do both in Jaffna and other parts of Sri Lanka. Not quite walkable into town due to dogs and traffic but was a short and cheap tuktuk drive away to the main attractions.

This property is super clean, it shines .!The proprietor is helpful and he allowed us to leave bags in our room when we we went on a trip to delft island, basically he gave us the rooms free for that extra night as he was quiet at the beginning of the season in Jaffna , he is a kind relaxed gentleman, he is not doing food at the moment but he provided a good kitchen with microwave , kettle and fully stocked with cutlery and crockery in his beautiful home apartment, the apartment had a huge terrace balcony for relaxing. Spacious house with kitchen and laundry facilities. Lots of trees around to keep the house cooler.
