The only thing that you keep in mind is that you need to be a little bit experienced driver to get there, because the road is a bit tricky, but it is worth it.

It is truly authentic, and the hosts are incredibly welcoming – they really show you the famous Montenegrin hospitality. The host even invited us to the gazebo, where he treated all guests with homemade brandy and had conversations with everyone through Google Translate – it was such a warm and unique experience. The cabins are very cozy, comfortable, and perfectly clean. Breakfasts, prepared by the hostess, are absolutely delicious – authentic, homemade, and made with fresh local ingredients.

Possibly the most picturesque setting I’ve ever stayed in over Christmas. Grandad was brilliant, and helped us out to no end after a snow storm blew in a cut us off! We had a really lovely time and I would recommend the place to anyone wanting a basic but heart-warming stay in the wilds. Thank you for a great stay!

From the hand built sauna, the beautiful pergolas, and the lovely additions like hammocks and a tree held swing. It’s serene, it’s exciting, and you could spend days on end enjoying the authentic home.
