The road to Komovi Katun Martinovića 1750 isn’t great, but it’s ok if you take it slowly. Once you’re there, you’re rewarded with a superb mountain setting, comfortable accommodation and really lovely hosts. They made us feel relaxed and at home, even with a language barrier. The restaurant/kitchen is the hub, and it was such a cosy place to relax and unwind in. The food was superb - some people make the drive just to eat here. There’s a couple of hot water showers, power is on from 7-11pm to charge devices and, although there’s no WiFi, you can connect to the host’s if you need to get online.

From even before the moment we arrived, Dajana was unbelievably kind & hospitable. The camp is incredible. The sleeping huts are very cute & cosy. After waking up in the beautiful mountains, the homemade breakfast is delicious and served tasty drinks. Dajana and her family put their heart and soul into each and every guest having an incredible experience. The dinner available at their restaurant is very fresh and delicious. You’d be silly to not stay.
