The host was very polite, responded to our messages very fast and every day was texting us to check if we need something. Also the hosts father was very friendly, gave us welcoming gift and offer us any help if we need something. When we turned on all the heaters and ACs the house get very warm. The kitchen was fully equipped and the place as a whole was pretty clean. The villa looks exactly like it is shown on the photos.
