Absolutely loved our 1 week stay on the Coconut Farm! Hosts were fantastic and made our stay feel so special. Fresh healthy breakfast with farm produce every day - best coconuts we’ve had in my life! Communication was brilliant with the hosts and easy to ask for anything. So accommodating! Lovely farm tour, farm is in a beautiful area and we spent time walking around the farm and watching the fruit bats pick mangoes from the tree and visited a lovely panoramic viewpoint. So glad we chose to stay here instead of another typical hotel. We feel like it was a very authentic Mauritian experience. Room was spot on (proper square mosquito net), clean, good powerful shower. Cooking facilities easy to use. If we come back to Mauritius, we will be staying here again! Thanks guys!

Absolutely loved my stay at Mau Lakaz. The place was very neat and clean. We were offered complimentary tea bags which was great given that I am a tea lover. The view from the swimming pool was cherry on the cake. The host was very responsive. No noisy neighbours, which is a plus. Loved the master bedroom's bathroom and walking closet. Very well equipped - Iron, Hair dryer, utensils, steamer, vertical steamer iron, lots of towels (even pool towels), hangers, dish washer, hair and body shower gel (2 in 1), bbq, oven and big fridge. The owners came to meet us on day of arrival and gave very helpful contacts and information on the shops and services locally. They kept in touch regularly. Housekeepers, Guylaine and Sheila, were very welcoming and did a great job of keeping the villa pristine. Well equipped kitchen, regularly maintained pool and gardens.

Location is fantastic, secluded yet close to everything. It's a very well appointed semi detached thached house directly on the beach exactly as the photos. General condition of the excellent. A few hinges and vents were corroded due to the sea air and didn't work but this did not stop us enjoying the place. Stephanie the house keeper can also cook,if you ask her or bring foods for you. She made a lovely breakfast a few days we stayed.

Kathy, the manager, and Roma, our housekeeper, took care of everything from transportation and excursions, to cleanliness and delicious meals.
