Eduardo is an excellent host, sat with us and went through all the main attractions of bacalar including restaurants, food suggestions and tours. The place is absolutely magical and kept to the highest standards. The room is very spacious with a balcony overlooking the lagoon front. Eduardo also went out of his way to accomodate any requests we had and we really managed to relax during our stay. Breakfast is excellent and can be taken anywhere on the property. Kayaks were included, would def recommend a sunrise kayak ride. The rooms were spotless and the cleaning service was more than we could have asked for. The view of the lake and the sounds of the lagoon were spectacular to wake up to and return to at the end of the day. Cannot recommend this place enough. Genuine experienced hosts.
