A nice stay with a nice view. The place was clean and in a quiet area. a walking distance to the sea. We only booked it for 1 night, but we surely will book it when we want to have a nice quiet vacation for a longer time. Chic Europeanized villa in a closed gated community. Everything is excellent, everything is new, next to a large communal pool with warm water, in which, except for us, there was no one at all, and a children's pool. View of the sea. You could say that everything is perfect. Even small misunderstandings (we were given one towel for three🤭 and there was no adapter for the European socket, which allegedly took the previous guests) promised to fix and apologized profusely. The price/quality ratio is excellent. Did not want to leave. Highly recommended.

We stayed here as a stop over between Sur and As Sifah and it was perfect. Coming from Wadi Al Arbeieen this was perfectly located for us. The house was very spacious and the bed very comfortable. We would definitely recommend this accommodation.

This is an ideal guesthouse if you wish as a couple to spend a few beautiful and quiet days along the sea. The villa is perfect. Beautiful contemporary decoration , fully equipped and with a nice view on the sea. The villa is within the Jebel Sifah area, with restaurants and lots of sports activities at your disposal. Last but not least, the owner is friendly and very réactive and supplied us with lots of information.

Although it's called an apartment, we would consider it a house! It's much bigger than we expected and plenty of space for us 5 friends travelling together. We initially booked just 1 night but were so grateful that we were able to book a 2nd night as the home here is such a great place to relax after a day of exploring. The outdoor space with pool is so spacious with plenty of shade. The kitchen was well equipped enough for us to prepare breakfasts and dinner each evening. The location is quiet and peaceful which we loved. We got up early both mornings to what sunrise at the beach. Wadi al Arbeieen was our favourite thing to do nearby, beautiful space for swimming and exploring. We'd love to stay here again when back in Oman
