The property was extremely clean and inviting. A very comfortable space. The grounds are beautiful. Our hosts were so accommodating and responsive, always asking what we needed, and giving those thoughtful little touches that make your stay that much better. The fireplace was so nice in the evenings. Just a lovely place overall. We also liked that it was situated in the middle of the north coast of the island, so traveling to see things both east and west was easy.

BBQ area Plenty of towels available. Washing machine available. Very quiet area. Very cut off. Basic amenities still available in the village. Little coffee shop/grocery shop available 2min away. Restaurants 10min drive. We loved the remoteness of the place. Perfect for larger family groups. We arrived late at night and still found someone waiting to greet us. Impressive view points 10/15min away. (My favourite viewpoints in the whole island)

We were welcomed from the moment we arrived. We enjoyed making food in the kitchen, swimming in the pool, and relaxing in the hot tub. It was the perfect base for us to come back to after exploring Sao Miguel.

Room was spacious, modern and clean. In the room there was available small fridge and kettle with tea and coffee and some cookies. We had shared bathroom with one other room - but no problem at all, always clean. Breakfast had a lot of option and changed on daily basis. Girls who are in charge were great - smiling all the time, very nice and friendly. Nice surroundings around - spacious garden and enough parking space for everybody. Would definitely stay again!

The villa and grounds were beautiful, clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. Very central to a lot of points of interest on Sao Miguel island, and everything was easily accessible by car. Also, Ribeira Grande itself boasts some fun cafés, restaurants, a grocery store, and a beach, most within walking distance of Quinta do Passo. Our host Nuno was very friendly and gave us some great tips on spots to check out on the island.

The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Lovely premium bedding. Very large rooms. HUGE bathroom. Large garden with many seating options. There are 3 large bedrooms, each fully independent and two bathrooms. Highly recommended for solo travelers, older travelers, friends traveling together -- really anyone. Very safe. Location is away from the city and in nature.
