We could not leave the place because of bad weather, but we had lots of things to do in/around the house.

We had a wonderful long biking weekend with the kids. The house is pleasant and thoughtfully designed, with convenient storage spaces, comfortable beds, and all necessary appliances. There’s a backyard where you can barbecue and enjoy some open space. It’s quite close to a dedicated bike path, which makes it very easy to ride in both directions. Shops are nearby. The kids were thrilled by the deer that come to the scenic meadow (a kind of forest theater visible right from the kitchen). Peaceful, with birdsong — perfect for relaxation and an active holiday.

Somehow the pictures don’t do justice to the tranquil atmosphere, exactly what we needed to recharge ourselves.
