Even before arriving we sensed the incredibly high service. We were contacted by the manager, who arranged our pickup from the ferry pier. Upon arrival, we were served chilled drinks and fruit, with a thorough presentation of the villa. The villa has an amazing view and is situated in a quite place but everything is easy accessible by car. We were able to walk to a nearby supermarket, the beach and a restaurant with Michelin mentions. The service is outstanding. Every morning we were met by Shun, ever smiling and professional, who would play with our baby while we enjoyed the lovely food. When we were finishing our breakfast, the manager Aeng, would stop by to coordinate with us, whether it was arranging things or simply give recommendations. All the housekeeping was tailored to fit nap times and the staff was super flexible and understanding. The chef must be a magician, and the in-house dinning, whether it was light starters or the full set menu, was prepared with excellence and beautifully arranged. Every single staff member, we met were incredibly kind and caring - the parking guard would always greed us and wish us good day or good night, the pool crew and technicians were outmost kind. We were asked about our baby’s troubled skin, and the manager recommended changing the chlorine levels of the pool, which then happened before we could spell swimming. The pool keeper measured the levels every day, and brought back all the swimming toys before we realized they were missing. Lightbulbs were changed in seconds almost before we even realized the light was missing. We tried to cancel our next stay at another hotel to stay another week, but unfortunately had to move on. We discussed whether we should kidnap Shun, because she was the star of our stay, but instead we would rather come back to the lovely place and the incredible people working there.

I was contacted by the staff Sis Fareeda way before I checked in the property. She ensured that the rooms were cold and ready by the time we arrived at night. Sis Fareeda was the most amicable of host. She sat down, chatted with us while my card was constantly being declined. Out of good faith, Sis Fareeda told us to rest for the night first and we can try to make the payment again the next day. She knew we were 2 tired travellers and offered us a balm to try to ease our aching body and runny noses. That balm really worked, so we ended up getting a few. Unfortunately, we only had the pleasure of staying for 2 nights as the property was fully booked. Things started getting better when Sis Fareeda contacted us again immediately when one of the guests cancelled the booking. Soooooo. We ended up staying there for the 3rd night. This place is really just too good. To anyone travelling there, the villa has a private pool,2 hugeass queen beds, clean smelling (little like sweet fruity perfume smell), hospitable host, and a balcony for you to enjoy the morning sun or just chilling out there at night. It is close to Central HatYai also, a laundry service and a 24hr halal food stall (a short drive). To make things even better, a guard petrols te area at night to make sure your vehicle is safe. There is also a industrial workshop infront of the villa so the place doesn’t feel too creepy at night while you are hanging out in the balcony. Don’t worry, there is barely any noise coming from the workshop. Just the occasional soft alarms that makes you feel like you are not alone. Kinda like white noise if I may say.

Restaurant has everything you need. Place has its own beach and 5 min walk you will have a famous beach. Our host Latte was really helpful and kind. I would recommend it.

Fantastic place, it’s very quiet at night and also during the day. The bungalow is nice and the hosts as well. Big plusses are the fridge in the bungalow, the hot shower with perfect stream to wash your hair. Good working internet. We had a nice experience staying here and might come back in the future.

My family of 4 loved our stay at N&D Pool Villas. Our villa was brand new and very comfortable, relaxing, and luxurious. The hosts are such nice people, always available but never intrusive. Whenever we had any questions, we would just walk to the office and one of them was always there and happy to help. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The location is great, close to everything but on a quiet street. And the Buddhist Temple at the end of the street is really amazing. Ao Nang Beach is less than a 10 minute drive away, and within a 5 minute walk there is a convenience store, a grocery store, as well as cafes and other local restaurants and businesses. The little bar at the office area was a wonderful place to have a drink and socialize at the end of the night while still being close to the family. The hosts really went out their way to make sure we had a wonderful time.
