The breakfast is generous and delicious, offering a perfect start to the day. The pool area is incredibly relaxing, providing a comfortable spot to unwind while surrounded by palm trees. Just a few steps away lies an endless stretch of white sandy beach, offering a heavenly view. Ricardo, our host, greeted us warmly and shared numerous tips and extensive knowledge about the area. His prompt assistance ensured we had everything we needed throughout our stay.

The villa offers bed linen, towels and laundry service. Our stay was absolutely amazing! The villa was beautiful and luxurious, with endless hot water and everything perfectly clean. The staff were extremely kind, helpful, and welcoming. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back!

Our stay at the Royal Apartments from December 22nd, 2024 to January 4th, 2025 was truly magical. The property boasts a small but dedicated team that ensured all our needs were met with precision and care. From maintaining the pristine condition of the villas to crafting bespoke meals, every detail was meticulously handled. The beautiful towel art and personalized recommendations for island excursions added delightful touches to our experience. Moreover, the stables and lovely horses provided unforgettable beach rides during stunning sunsets, making our stay even more enchanting. A special mention goes to Sophie at the front desk, Zach the manager, Mr. Saidi in F&B, and Chef Ochu, the head chef, for their warm smiles and impeccable hospitality. We highly recommend this experience and would rate it a perfect 9/10.

KKJ House is situated in Zanzibar City, 1 km from Peace Memorial Museum, 1.8 km from House of Wonders, as well as 1.5 km from Hamamni Persian Baths. Among the facilities at this property are full-day security and a minimarket, along with free WiFi throughout the property. The property is non-smoking and is set 1.7 km from Stone Town Beach. Property was immaculate, smelt clean it even had water and some coffee and sugar. It was spacious and comfortable and everything was working. The host was friendly and accommodating. He arranged our airport transport for 3am and came to check us out at that time too.
