A recently renovated farm stay in Ben Tre, Coco Happy Farm offers picnic area, private parking and sports facilities. This farm stay provides a shared lounge. Originally, we came to this area for one night to relax from the hustle and bustle of Saigon, but we enjoyed it so much that we ended up staying for two nights. The place is truly magical, and you will hardly see any tourists here—only kind, smiling local people and plenty of fruit, especially coconuts. Thuan is a very friendly and caring person. He speaks perfect English, which really helped us to get at least a glimpse of the local culture and way of life, especially during a private trip on the Mekong River, which I highly recommend. The next day, we went on a bike ride and visited a local coconut processing workshop (nothing goes to waste here). One of the most unforgettable moments was when we visited local school children—it was an incredible experience that touched our hearts. Whenever we were hungry, his sister Thuy cooked us excellent Pho or fried spring rolls at her restaurant. We are glad we chose this place and we hope to return here in the future. This is such a lovely stay in the Mekong Delta! Martin has created a wonderful oasis. If you want to experience a slice of real, rural life in the delta, then Martin's place is for you. He's clearly put a lot of thought into the rooms and making them both attractive and comfortable. He has bikes you can use for free to cycle around the village, which is a lovely way to experience the area. I also highly recommend doing his boat tour! It's a bit more expensive than the other touristic boat tours in the area, but in my opinion totally worth it. You'll see much more than with the typical tourist boats (but you'll still see the same things they see too, so you aren't missing anything), and have a much more local and enjoyable experience. I would do it again in a heartbeat. I also recommend doing the full board option and eating all your meals at Martin's, as there aren't any other restaurants nearby and also Mimi is a wonderful cook. You won't go hungry! She always prepares a feast! I'm grateful to Martin for his hospitality and whole heartedly recommend staying here to enjoy life on the Mekong delta.

Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. The farm stay has family rooms. The Host makes his job with passion. The place is beatiful. The Mattress is on the hard side but its finally not a halfpipe. The Food was delicious.

The units at the farm stay feature private entrance and soundproofing so guests can enjoy a peaceful stay. There is a private bathroom with walk-in shower in some units, along with slippers, a hair dryer and free toiletries. At the farm stay, all units are fitted with bed linen and towels. For those wanting to have a Mekong delta experience away from tours, this is your place. We caught a bus using Futa bus line, which provided a shuttle bus to and from the property. Our host helped ensure we knew exactly what time to be collected. We arrived early, which wasn't a problem, and were also allowed late checkout. The property is calm and tranquil, right by a branch of the river. Our bungalow was very clean and comfortable. We borrowed bikes on both days to explore the area. On the second day, we got a small ferry over to one of the islands. The property organised a sampan boat ride for us, and we were picked up from the little jetty at the farmstay. We ate meals at the property which you had to book in advance. These were good value and delicious. We would highly recommend this as a great escape from the hustle and bustle of HCM and excellent value for money.

There was another beach close by approx 2KM, which we weren't able to find.

Perfect customer service, a place itself looks like a garden! Great facilites with pools, beach restaurant and another one which is perfect for a dinner. Room was very spacious, clean and with great interior. For sure if we travel to Phu Quoc, we will choose Cassia Cottage! Thank you so much!
