we loveed every moment at this property. Bernardo, Daniel & the lovely lady who helped with the food made us feel like family. This place left an imprint on us that we won't forget and is one of those places we think we'll remember forever. they want to make sure they go above and beyond at all times. Lovely location on the hill, very clean, fantastic breakfast (starts at 8:30) with very nice view of the valley. We decided to have dinner there and both the menu and the service was really good. Very close to Lamego. Rita and her staff had been always very attentive to any request. This place is very peaceful and quiet and it is a great value for the money. It's a pity we didn't have more days to spend there

This is a beautiful house overlooking a forested valley, along a quiet road. The setting could not be nicer for a relaxing place to hang out. Only viable to stay here if you have a rented car, it is down a steep hill from the main highway, far from a large town, and has no grocery store or restaurant within 40 minutes of walking. The garage for a vehicle is small, so would be difficult to park anything larger than an economy-sized car. The host was great, we had no problem checking in. I would definitely stay here again.
