hotel with absolutely incredible staff. Especially the staff at the reception and during breakfast. Complimentary access to Cove is also very cool.
Breakfast was everyday 11/10.
Size of hotel is perfect - there are no crowds and it is quiet.
Close to the supermarket and location in JBR is very good for walk distance everywhere.

Fantastic stay. The room was spacious and clean. The location was perfect, connected to the Dubai Mall and close to major attractions and public transportation, making it easy to move around the city. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, ensuring that my stay was enjoyable from start to finish. Nice restaurants with a fantastic view of Burj Khalifa. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay!

Highly recommended, great location, excellent service....
Already on arrival (at midnight) we were welcomed very friendly. The staff at check-in was very friendly and in a good mood. We immediately felt very comfortable. The location of the hotel is perfect. Major attractions (Burj Khanlifa, Dubai Fountains, Dubai Mall, Hop-On-Hop-Off...) are in the immediate vicinity. We would like to highlight the service at the breakfast buffet. The selection at the buffet and the staff is outstanding. Many thanks to Ria, Jane and the whole team! You have left a lasting impression on us. Thank you and Merry Christmas.

The hotel is excellent—brand new, incredibly clean, and perfect for a comfortable stay. The room was very spacious and included a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, and a dishwasher, as well as great storage space. Overall, it’s a fantastic option for long-term stays in Dubai.

The room was comfortable and well-equipped, with a variety of teas, coffee, and bottled water always available. I appreciated the thoughtful touch in the evening when someone came to our room to leave slippers, chamomile tea, and delicious chocolates. The bathroom was spacious and beautifully decorated.
Breakfast was varied and delicious! We especially loved the lady who made the pancakes—She was super kind and asked us every morning how we were doing.
We would also like to highlight the attention of one of the receptionists, Mobin, who was attentive and polite :)
The hotel was huge and modern, featuring a nice pool overlooking the beach and the Dubai Eye. It was located right in front of the Jumeirah beach.
We absolutely loved it!
