hotel with absolutely incredible staff. Especially the staff at the reception and during breakfast. Complimentary access to Cove is also very cool.
Breakfast was everyday 11/10.
Size of hotel is perfect - there are no crowds and it is quiet.
Close to the supermarket and location in JBR is very good for walk distance everywhere.

Location near the mall & fountain, while having a swimming pool suitable for toddler & slide.
Staff at check-in was super helpful as we arrived early in the morning and from the plane we were all very tired. Welcomed us in for a complimentary breakfast and couldn’t have been better hosts.

Already on arrival (at midnight) we were welcomed very friendly. The staff at check-in was very friendly and in a good mood. We immediately felt very comfortable. The location of the hotel is perfect. Major attractions (Burj Khanlifa, Dubai Fountains, Dubai Mall, Hop-On-Hop-Off...) are in the immediate vicinity. We would like to highlight the service at the breakfast buffet. The selection at the buffet and the staff is outstanding. Many thanks to Ria, Jane and the whole team! I had an amazing stay at this hotel – everything was absolutely perfect! The room was clean and comfortable, the facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere made it a truly relaxing experience.
A special thank you to Thae from The Courtyard – she was exceptionally kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Her warm and attentive service really stood out and made our visit even more enjoyable.
Highly recommended, and I would definitely come back!

The hotel is excellent—brand new, incredibly clean, and perfect for a comfortable stay. The room was very spacious and included a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, and a dishwasher, as well as great storage space. Overall, it’s a fantastic option for long-term stays in Dubai.
