Excellent services from all the staff of the Grosvenor House and the beachclub at le Royal Meridien. Attention to details is excellent. This is the main reason why we always choose to stay at this hotel whenever we visit Dubai. We got an upgrade at our arrival to a beautiful one bedroom apartment. Breakfast at the Sloan's is amazing, very nice staff there as well, paying attention to details, greeting us by our names without us even mentioning our room number for example, or remembering our morning coffee and tea ;) Received a birthday cake and a bottle of wine on my birthday, which made our stay even more special. From le Royal Meridien beachclub we really have to mention Haider, Madhu and Shaurub (I hope I spelled their names correctly), who took excellent care of us during our entire stay. Even making sure that we were well taken care of when they have their days off. Wonderful people! As usual we had an amazing time during our stay.

Everything , it has a perfect location Beautiful sea view , very modern and hip design , the area of the breakfast is do beautiful and the breakfast is so rich and although I don’t have children I liked how they had a little section dedicated to children with little mugs n plates and lots of good food , the pools are beautiful , they were tentative controlled so never too cold , the adults pool had a dj over the weekend with beautiful music , all the staff were super friendly starting from reception to the beach

The best hotel i ever stayed and experienced

there was a friendly and cozy environment.specially Chetan who was very kind and helpful. the location was perfect. the access to the beach was satisfying.totally we had a great time at the hotel . I will come here again next time.

Staying at this hotel superseded all expectations. ALL of the staff were there to help, always smiling, greeting, welcoming, and friendly. Syam and the team they made us feel like we were home away from home. Everyone went above and beyond to willingly help.

Everything about this hotel was amazing

I had an exceptional stay at the Intercontinental Residence Business Bay in Dubai. The room was incredibly spacious, and the view from my room, overlooking the stunning Burj Khalifa, was just breathtaking. The staff were not only professional but also incredibly helpful and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The hotel facilities were top-notch and exceeded all of my expectations. Everything from the amenities to the service was absolutely perfect. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

Vida Creek was the last destination of our honeymoon, which was the best stay ever. Staff was so attentive and very kind, speical thanks to Mahmud in the reception. The room was spacious, very clean, well equipped and also has a beautiful Lagoon view. We enjoyed the breakfast with lots of vegeterian items. The best part was of course the Lagoon Beach. It was exceptionnally fun, very vast and well-maintained. Also the hotel arranged us a buggy to Creek Habour. It was very practical and it's only 15min by walking to come back. (a bit tricky on Google Map though, just walk to Palace Creek Habour then continue until Vida Habour) Honestly I hesitated until the last minutes between Vida Creek and Habour. Vida Habour looked bigger and more lively, since there are many restaurants around however we prefer a calm and relaxing environment so Vida Creek was an excellent choice. We travel every year to Dubai & Abu Dhabi 2-4 times so we will definitely come back. Thank you again for the kind gesture.
