Providing free WiFi, Boulevard Hotel offers rooms in Yerevan, 600 metres from Republic Square and less than 1 km from Armenian Opera and Ballet Theatre. This was not our first stay at this lovely hotel, and definitely won’t be our last. It’s a charming, cozy place nestled right in the heart of Yerevan—perfect for exploring the city. The staff are exceptionally kind and attentive, and the atmosphere feels personal and welcoming. Everything is always clean and thoughtfully arranged. But what truly sets it apart are the homemade breakfasts: delicious, heartfelt, and served with genuine care. A wonderful experience, every time.

I paid for the dorm room at 4200 AMD and the rooms, the ambiance, the space in general are the best value that you will get for your entire trip in Armenia. This was true for me I every time I returned to Yerevan I stayed here. The location isn't exactly city centre but this part of the appeal and it's a little quieter. If you're hoping to get into the city, the train station is very close and the airport express bus stop is nearby. Beds and pillows here are the best I've experienced in Armenia and I slept like a baby.

Everything was perfect!!! The rooms were impeccably designed, spacious, and exuded an air of elegance while still feeling cozy. Cleanliness was top-notch; everything was spotless, and the attention to detail was remarkable. It was clear the housekeeping team takes pride in maintaining a high standard, and this really enhanced the overall ambiance. But what truly set Hotel Yerevan apart was the personnel. The staff here are some of the friendliest and most helpful people I’ve encountered. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout my stay, each person was genuinely dedicated to making me feel at home. They were always ready to assist with a smile, answer any questions, or offer local recommendations.

Located in the city centre of Yerevan, Spa Hotel Grace Forum is less than a 10-minute walk from most of the major sights and attractions, Forum features an indoor swimming pool, a sauna, a hammam, and... The service provided by the staff who work at the hotel is extraordinary. The facilities are excellent and the breakfast is complete and plentiful.

Right in the center of Yerevan, many great cafes and restaurants within a walking distance. The room is comfortable, great cleaning service. Great breakfast with a wide variety of local and international food, fresh omelettes, pancakes made for you. Local sparkling wine on weekends for breakfast. 😉 In Armenia people are very hospitable.
