Room was nice, clean and within close proximity to  the city. The breakfast was great with lots of variety. Special thanks to Mr. Elmar for giving us an early check-in and breakfast without any extra charge. The communication was great from the point of reservation as they speak fluent English, which is not common over there. The staff made us feel at home and assisted us with everything. The place felt secure as we were a group of ladies staying there. Will surely recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The breakfast was wonderful, offering a variety of delicious options. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, ensuring a comfortable experience. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable, and the spa was truly relaxing and well-maintained. Everything exceeded my expectations. A special thanks to Manager Vugar for his exceptional service and attentiveness. Highly recommended!

There was nothing not to like at this hotel. The level of service is excellent from the time you check in right to checkout. Every staff member we encountered went out of their way to ensure maximum satisfaction. We really enjoyed our stay at the resort. Our only regret was not booking an extra night. The setting is stunning and a big advantage is the cable car at the hotel.
