The staffs were extraordinarily friendly! The location was also not too far from my exam venue (PLAB 1). The breakfast was good, room service and food was very fast. The restaurant and cafe (room service) were great! The rides booked to and from the exam venues (in Tokyo Square Conventional) were extremely reliable and the young male staff was so respectful and hard-working. It was a very nice experience and the reception staffs were impressive overall! Very safe area! There is also a small shop downstairs next to the hotel which sells essential stuff like soap, facial cleanser, lotion, etc. if you forget to bring them.

The personnel were quite friendly and ready to help anytime. There were slippers, which surprised me a lot. Usually there aren't any in a 3 star hotels. Recommend you if you want to find an oasis in such a specific place.

The personnel is extremely helpful and speaks good English. Also, one of the few places in the whole of Bangladesh where I saw a bathtub, which is a huge deal for me. Can't recommend enough, especially for the price they ask. 24/7 restaurant is 🤌
