I’m beyond grateful for every staff member I encountered. The room and facilities were spotless and beautifully maintained. They were so generous in keeping the room and fridge well-stocked throughout my stay. Even in the middle of the night, the service team was ready to help with anything I needed. That level of dedication is rare and truly appreciated. I’m extremely happy with my stay and already looking forward to coming back. The apartment that we got was extremely specious with two large bathrooms and another separate toilet. We wanted a non-smoking room, so we were placed “only” on the 28th floor where the view was still breathtaking. There are inside and onside pools, steam bath and a sauna. We did not book breakfast included on our reservation, but decided to pay for one and we did not regret it. The people working in the hotel were extremely helpful and nice!
