The best were the staff. I have rarely seen anywhere such polite people. Each and every one of them greeted me with smile every time and they helped me with any issue that I had. The hotel itself is excellent. Very clean, very comfortable, huge room and everything that you need in the room. Location is good. It is close to the city center and easy to reach from the airport. It is basically located in a shopping mall, and you have absolutely everything that you need in front of the hotel, from supermarket, to bakery, to restaurants, to clothes store, to barber. Buffet breakfast was excellent with different choice every morning. I had wi-fi in the room and it worked quite well. To top it off, the price was quite reasonable, so it is great value for money

The Capital Residence Suites is located in Bandar Seri Begawan only 984 feet from the Royal Regalia Museum. It is one of the best quality-value place I have ever been. The airport transfers and a kind of city tour also provided, not just the breakfast. So they successfully make friendships between travelers, I can just confirm. The staff is super nice and the hotel is at a quality of a 4 star. I hope they will keep this customer facing behavior in everything, so they will have tons of customers. I also liked the many instructions in the room, and not only the kettle is clean (that is my fetish :D - a clean kettle, which I look for in all hotels), but there were instructions for guests how to keep that clean.

Located in the center of Kuala Belait town, Swiss Hotel Apartment provides guests with modern guestrooms featuring free WiFi access. We had a nice stay. The breakfast was simple but still tasty. Would recommend to everyone.
