The hotel is only 5minutes away from the airport and a 2minute walk to the malls. Staff is very friendly. We arrived at around 1am and the receptionist waited for us so we can check in. room is clean and very comfy.

Saidi and Syam (spelling?) and everyone at the hotel were AMAZING, they helped me so much in so grateful I stayed there, also location it’s great.

The Capital Residence Suites is located in Bandar Seri Begawan only 300 metres from the Royal Regalia Museum. EVERYTHING. Complementary Pick up and Drop off to the airport... and to most of the atraction for free! For sure it is a big big plus to decide to stay here. Rooms are clean, new, and everything was perfect. All people working there was friendly and helpful. Internet was perfect. Location is really close to the center (In case you need to walk, as you have the complementary service). they will do their best to help you. Also, Boy, the drive is a really really friendly person. Smily all time, good sense of humor and made all the experience much much better. We were sad to say him bye, hope we can meet really soon :) I would recommend this place. I cannot imagine other place to stay in Brunei

Near to many shops and restaurants. Supermarket is just next door. Not too far from airport and city centre. Hotel provide airport transfer which is very convenient. Clean room and excellent staff. Enough food selection for breakfast. Provide wifi as well. We stay during weekdays for 3 nights, so not many guest. Will come again.

Located in the centre of Kuala Belait town, Swiss Hotel Apartment provides guests with modern guestrooms featuring free WiFi access. We had a nice stay. The breakfast was simple but still tasty. Would recommend to everyone.
