This was the second stay after coming back from Malaysia, having had the first stay here three days ago. The general manager provided me with welcome-back cookies for the second stay, which made me feel so special for this stay. For other aspects, staffs were very kind and facilities were all perfect.

The Capital Residence Suites is located in Bandar Seri Begawan only 300 metres from the Royal Regalia Museum. Lovely place and extremely nice people. Enjoyed the hospitality to the fullest - starting to free shuttles, to complementary breakfast - everything was perfect. Highly recommended.

The best were the staff. I have rarely seen anywhere such polite people. Each and every one of them greeted me with smile every time and they helped me with any issue that I had. The hotel itself is excellent. Very clean, very comfortable, huge room and everything that you need in the room. Location is good. It is close to the city center and easy to reach from the airport. It is basically located in a shopping mall, and you have absolutely everything that you need in front of the hotel, from supermarket, to bakery, to restaurants, to clothes store, to barber. Buffet breakfast was excellent with different choice every morning. I had wi-fi in the room and it worked quite well. To top it off, the price was quite reasonable, so it is great value for money
