Great location in Santiago, close to the Sky Costanera tower, Cenco Costanera and within walking distance of the cable car to the Cerro San Cristobal. The rooms are luxurious and clean and ours had a great view of the Sky Costanera tower. The breakfast restaurant had an exceptional view of the whole city. Honestly not sure why this isn’t a 5 star hotel, this is by far the best 4 star hotel I’ve been to.

Hotel Vendaval có khu vườn, phòng chờ chung, sân hiên và nhà hàng ở Puerto Natales. Hotel Vendaval was charming and lovely, with very friendly and helpful hotel staff who spoke English. The roof top deck and bar were awesome - fantastic views. Also had a great view from the room! The breakfast was good and a great way to start the day. The location is fantastic - easy to walk to everything in town and a short drive to the bus terminal. They were able to hold our luggage while we went hiking in the Torres del Paine National Park (we booked several nights here before and after our trek). Highly recommend, and would happily go back!

Many good restaurants and shopping in walking distance. We told the checkin staff that we were celebrating our anniversary. They recommended an excellent restaurant and made reservations for us. When we returned after dinner we found a complimentary bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries, and a lovely note.

The use of shipping containers to construct a hotel is absolutely amazing. (4 floors high!!) I loved reading the history of the creator of this design - a New Zealander who got his idea after the 2011 earthquake in Auckland, when the city resorted to repurposing/reusing what they had to rebuild structure. I wandered around for my first 3 hours on the property, just taking photos, with my mouth agape, in awe. The complimentary breakfast, was one of the best I've ever eaten ANYWHERE. So many choices, such delicious home-made granola, all just extraordinary. The plants, the combination of colors, everything was just awe-inspiring. Also, the support staff, were incredibly kind, helpful, and English-proficient. They went out of their ways to be helpful, which I very much appreciated as a 71 year old woman.
