Located along the historic Qintai Path, Chengdu Wenjun Mansion Hotel (Kuanzhai Xiangzi Branch) is decorated in a traditional Chinese style, a 5-minute walk from Tonghuimen Subway Station (Line 2). From the moment we arrived, the staff gave us a warm welcome and made us feel at home. It was our first time in China and the team at reception helped us to work out Alipay, Didi and maps, so we were ready to go!! The whole team, Frank, Kimberly, Joey, Belle and Zoey, were all so helpful, from showing us apps, giving local restaurant recommendations, providing tea and coffee to organising cars and trips, staying at Wenjun made our trip very enjoyable! The hotel is only a few minutes walk from a metro station, so we could get around really easily and safely, and there were also plenty of restaurants nearby (including a very nice one onsite!) if we didn't want to go too far. Bed was very comfy, shower was great, room was cleaned everyday to a high standard. We even got a Christmas present on 24th December :-)

Happy Dragon Alley Hotel is ideally located in the heart of Beijing, a 3-minute walk from Zhangzizhong Road Subway Station (Line 5). Housed in a historic Beijing hutong. Although I read that before in other reviews, I think it's important to repeat it: the staff is amazing, very helpful and nice.
