Los Patios Cool Living has an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a shared lounge and terrace in Medellín. I splurged on this stay and it was worth it. Spacious and comfortable room, everything really clean and multiple spaces to hangout. The "cherry on top" quite literally is the rooftop with a bar, a lounge area, a pool and a gym with a 360 beautiful view. Breakfast was also good

Featuring a garden, Refugio del Jaguar is located in Medellín in the Antioquia region, a few steps from El Poblado Park and a 7-minute walk from Lleras Park. Probably one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. Plus: incredibly friendly and welcoming staff! Hottest showers in Colombia! Excellent breakfast! Unique vibe like an urban oasis!

Hotels 111 has accommodations with free WiFi in San Andrés, ideally set a 13-minute walk from North End and 0.6 miles from San Andres Bay. Excellent hotel and extremely well located, 2-3 minutes from the beach. The room was excellent and we were lucky enough to have a balcony. A little overpriced, especially for not offering other services, but it makes up for it being an extremely pleasant and modern building. The team is five stars. It's worth it for the Nespresso coffee and for lending beach towels. If I ever return to San Andrés, I will have no doubts in choosing this hotel. I highly recommend it.

Ideally located in Cartagena de Indias, Hotel Casona del Porvenir has air-conditioned rooms, an outdoor swimming pool, free WiFi and a garden. I have travelled all over the world using Booking.com, including many boutique-type hotels. It is rare that a hotel exceeds my expectations in every respect. This one did. This hotel is a relatively new, well-situated hotel in the heart of the old town, Cartagena. We asked for a quiet room, and received one. The only disadvantage with the room was that windows did not look out on anything and that they were sealed, but the room was relatively quiet in a very noisy city. To have a balcony room with openable windows means a lot of noise at night in Cartagena. We preferred to sleep! The room we had was equipped with a comfortable king-size bed, lots of room and a very good bathroom, complete with a large shower and a Japanese toilet (which is relatively rare in my experience). We initially had some difficulty with the TV, but staff rectified the problem quickly. The AC worked well and the room is equipped with a ceiling fan if one prefers to use it- we used both. The design of the hotel, including the finishes, demonstrates a well-thought out, professional team was involved. I was particularly impressed by the overall design of the common areas of the hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. The pool on level 4 is small but adequate for cooling down in a hot city. The hotel offers massage services. The companion hotel (Hotel Boutique Casona del Colegio) is available for meals and has a larger pool; it is located only 150 metres away, which is very convenient. For the cost, this hotel is a very good choice, allowing one to walk all over the old town and neighboring areas. Assuming that the hotel maintains its service standards and keeps its facilities in good condition, this is a hotel that I recommend without reservation.
