Spacious and comfortable room, everything really clean and multiple spaces to hangout. The "cherry on top" quite literally is the rooftop with a bar, a lounge area, a pool and a gym with a 360 beautiful view. Breakfast was also good

The room was very clean and neat. There where already 2 bottles of water provided. The breakfast was small but more then enough to start the day. The service was excellent. Even though they did not speak English very well. They made sure we could communicate. Arranging a taxi whenever we needed it. The location was amazing. Close to the metro station and only a few minutes by taxi away from the populair district El Poblado.

We had a balcony which was great and we loved the free water and coffee. The staff was very friendly and welcoming! The location was very central and convenient.

Staff are amazing. Like family. Very kind and willing to help us. If you have any questions or concerns, you should ask them. Atmosphere of hotel is good. We can feel nature. Also, breakfast is great. You will get unforgettable experience in here.
