A few years ago, a colleague stayed a few times and did not rate the place. Not sure if it's changed ownership, but it's a beautiful, quirky building, very nicely restored in a mid century kind of way. I was in a room in the 700s which are on the hillside through a James Bond villain tunnel and lift. Nicely appointed room, well done bathroom all super clean. And an actual minibar. With things in it. Proper cups for coffee, not paper. A former colleague joined for dinner in the Cafe, with well presented food and good service, the downstairs bar is really a hidden gem too. All in all, way exceeded my expectations and thoroughly recommend it.

Located in Sønderborg, Alsik – Hotel & Spa features free WiFi. The property has a fitness centre, as well as a terrace. Guests can make use of a bar. At the hotel, every room is fitted with a desk. Fantastic hotel, lovely rooms with great view. Very clean, everything you need at the right location. Great shower. Very good breakfast buffet with a lot of choices of fine products. Travelled a lot but this is the best breakfast buffet so far. Too bad that I was only there for one night on business.

In the center of Vejle, surrounded by the luscious green city park, you’ll find The Note. We are an international hotel of high standards. We are elegant and understated – just like Vejle. Everything was great! Hotel is in a good location, the rooms were cozy and had everything we would need. Staff were helpful and very friendly. If we ever come back to Vejle, we will definitely come back here.
