Property was exactly as the photos indicated. My Way Hotel was clean and it was located right across from the beach. Staff at property were very welcoming and eager to accommodate. Attractively located in the center of Santo Domingo, Hyatt Centric Santo Domingo has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, free private parking and room service. The service, the facilities and the staff were A1. I want to mention that on my last day of travel, I had an accident, and luckily it happened close to the hotel. The staff immediately provided me with all the necessary support. They called an ambulance, escorted me to the clinic because they knew I was traveling alone, and stayed with me until I received the necessary medical attention. I will always be grateful for all their support during this difficult time.

The hospitality is next level, the staff is so friendly and kind. The room is very clean, the bed is very comfortable. And the hotel is a quiet place i didn't hear any loud people making noise. Very good place to be . By the way I forgot my ID over there thay call me on whatsapp to tell that I had left my ID behind. Honest people really a very good staff they didn’t even want to take the tips i was given them and still provided a very professional welcoming Thank you guys i will be back for sure.

The reception guys were so great, the waiters at the restaurant of the hotel are very friendly. English speakers which is not that common in Dominican Republic. Food is nice and the hotel itself is like in the middle of paradise. Very private and chill. The rooms are very good and quiet. Would definitely recommend to stay here, fair price in my opinion for the stay and the services (Jakuzi and meals). They even have like a small garage and helped us with our car which had a problem. Amazing staff members and place. Thank you so much 🙏🏼🫶

Located in Las Galeras, a 13-minute walk from Las Galeras Beach, BUNGALOWS COLIBRI has accommodations with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The bungalows are cute and have everything we needed for 2 nights. It felt safe and we could walk to the beach and restaurants. We could park our car inside, although there's limited space so be sure to contact them before.
