The Hotel's Location was perfectly in a Business District and it was easy to navigate around the area to nearby Food Places.The Staff were also very hospitable & friendly & the lounge on the 11th Floor was a good place to unwind & relax.The Hotel was also clean & i enjoyed my stay with them.

We love the hotel! We got a suite and it was amazing! Very pleased with the services! We ordered food outside the working hours and they accommodated us!
Sherif was the taxi driver was amazing too! He gave us great prices, dropped us off and waited for us.
The breakfast was also amazing! Especially les crêpes 10/10!
We will defo go back again and we defo recommend it.

The staff members were so nice and welcoming. I had an amazing time there. In the reception, there’s an artist there and he had some of his paintings displayed showcasing the marvellous Algerian heritage 😍 The bedroom was so big it looked like an apartment. It was very clean and warm. I had a little welcoming note with some stuffed dates which I ate right away and they were amazing 🤩 I went to the spa on the 1st floor and used the sauna and hammam which I enjoyed. The staff at the reception were incredible! I wanted to order some stuffed dates and they found some suppliers and they contacted them for me. I went ahead and ordered some which was then delivered to the hotel. I left the money at the reception and they took care of the delivery. In the morning, I had breakfast in their rooftop lounge and it was amazing. The staff there were so nice 😊 I will definitely be back soon.

A very neat and clean place to stay. The hotel is located in beautiful Tichy, facing kilometres of beaches from public and private and green mountains behind you. It has a great view all day and all night. You get to eat delicious food also just downstairs or a few steps away from the hotel. The location is perfect as it has many restaurants, traditional wear shops, supermarkets, and a pharmacy all within walking distance. We booked a family room since we were travelling as a family, and they gave us a cradle for our baby. So we enjoyed our beautiful balcony facing the sea. The room was incredibly clean, all the linens were clean, the smell was amazing, and all the amenities were provided in the kitchen. The staff is very friendly and helpful, too. They are attentive and ready to help their guest. Thank you for our great experience. We will definitely come back again.
