Tamala Beach Resort is truly impressive — the design is beautiful, the location is ideal, and the surrounding scenery is stunning. The staff are exceptionally friendly, attentive, and responsive, which adds greatly to the overall experience. The food is enjoyable, and the facilities meet expectations. Everything was great, aside from some minor signs of wear and tear.

This was a wonderful place to stay for a few nights. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, and the property is gorgeous. Everything is well laid-out and designed with a ton of greenery everywhere. There are numerous places in the public areas to sit or lounge in the in the shade, and coffee and other beverages are available at the bar. I met a number of other interesting travelers (the place is small, so you will run into the same people a lot). There is one decent restaurant within walking distance, many more a short taxi ride away. The owner, Urban, can help arrange transportation from the airport as well as for sightseeing.

I have enjoyed every single minute of my stay at Ocean Villa Heights hotel, the room was comfortable, shower fantastic, breakfast was great and food was brilliant. Many thanks to Abdullah, Bebe, Muhammad the security man, Malang, Mbassi and the energetic girls cleaning the rooms and hotel.
