The hotel manager made our stay so wonderful. She helped us when our flight was first delayed and then cancelled. She really cared for her guests and made the place feel more like a homestay than a hotel.

Khadijah,saruba and Alisa were so professional and diligent when making sure every visitor is checked on their business in being there. They make the guests feel welcome and comfortable. Also the waitstaff person Ellen who always pays special attention to detail. That makes guests feel at home. She's a true professional at what she does every day. Please give all your staff a bonus because they work hard and dedicated everyday.

Once you step inside you will be amazed. Great room with good bed and shower. The breakfast was just perfect, The hotel does not provide other meals (good drinks and wine though) but there is a very good restaurant just meters away. The owner is very nice and the other staff members as well.

The staff are exceptionally friendly, attentive, and responsive, which adds greatly to the overall experience. The food is enjoyable, and the facilities meet expectations. Everything was great, aside from some minor signs of wear and tear.
