Amazing ambient, with fantastic facilities and amenities, and very polite and professional stuff. The room looks beautiful, and the bed is very comfortable. It had a huge TV with some nice options, like Bluetooth connection. It is very clean with daily housekeeping, a bathrobe and enogh towels for the summer months. The pool area is beautiful, with super comfy sunbeds, curtesy beach towels and a fantastic view. Very decent breakfast as well.

UrbanBay Hotel & Spa offers rooms in Kavala near Perigiali Beach and House of Mehmet Ali. The hotel features an indoor pool, hot tub and luggage storage space. The location of the accommodation was good and within walking distance to the port, restaurants and cafes, and 30mins walk to the city and attractions. Free parking is available and was convenient. The host, Anestis, was very friendly and helpful, and provided us with useful information on restaurants and attractions. We arrived late at night but received a very warm welcome by the staff, Eleni. Our room was of good size, clean, tidy, modern, quiet and well-facilitated. The swimming pool was nice. We also received a bottle of complimentary wine. The bed was very comfortable. We are very satisfied with this accommodation.

The facilities are new, the hostel beds in perfect condition and you even have two lockers in the room (1 under the bed and 1 with a code). They also have a nice variety of things to buy at the reception… ☺️ The cocktail bar and the DJs fit the vibe perfectly!

The receptionist is very friendly and accommodated our requests properly despite having a kid which is against the property rules, so he moved us to another property next to it and it was perfect.

The kind of place you want to keep for yourself. Just wonderful. Big thumbs up for the staff, especially Danai who welcomed us so warmly. Sara and Elpida at the restaurant were also wonderful! We Will certainly come back, maybe again this year!!
