The filtered water system in the room eliminates the need for bottled water and that's a real plus !!

Situated in Hong Kong and with Ocean Park reachable within 3 km, Shama Hub Metro South Hong Kong features concierge services, non-smoking rooms, a fitness centre, free WiFi throughout the property and... - Love the space. Very few places in HK offer this much space and value. Not even the other Shama around HK. - Getting to Admiralty via MTR from the front door of the property was 15 minutes, we timed it. - Amenities were brilliant, our upgraded room had a washer and dryer. - The gym downstairs was great (if a little small) and the shared kitchen is a great idea for those who wish to cook - Southside mall is close by as well as Circle K and 7/11 at the MTR station which is 2 minutes away and is accessible directly via the footbridge outside. - The staff were very helpful, when our original room had an issue they immediately resolved it for us. - The wonderful house keeping staff too - If you like noodles and fresh coffee there is a cafe and noodle joint next to the lobby area. - The bathroom soaps smelt great. - Shower pressure was good. - Lots of natural light via floor to ceiling windows. - Wireless phone chargers next to bed - Plenty of hiking spots right around the corner - Ocean park is one MTR stop away - The property was kind enough to store our luggage while we’re away in Taiwan for the week.

The room service breakfast was delicious. The staff that set it up was very kind. The other hotel staff were just as welcoming, made us truly feel like luxury.

The Hotel comprises 206 rooms and suites, an Executive Lounge with outdoor terrace, a deli, bar and restaurant all surrounded by lush abundant greenery, 2 meeting rooms with natural daylight, 24-hrs... We met Edith at the front desk. She was very helpful and informative. She showed us how to get around the area. Spoke good English and very friendly too. The hotel is exceptional-we love the room very clean and also the bed is so comfy compared to other hotels. She also upgraded our room from 6th floor to 10th floor ( I guess she noticed that we love to take pictures) - we appreciated that, thanks Edith! Hotel is situated in the Citygate outlet mall. Walking distance to transportation terminal (bus, taxi, train). Just a 3 mins walk to the Ngong Ping 360 Cable car Terminal. Thanks also to Jay who helped us with our luggage and Ed who advised us to better take the bus to Macau …. Thanks guys for your hospitality! We really enjoyed our stay
