Close to the city center (and with free transport almost anywhere) but not so close that its noisy. The rooms are beautiful and super clean. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The pools are simply spectacular, the island itself is breathtaking, and the atmosphere is pure paradise. The food was outstanding – breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all exceptional, with every meal being fresh and delicious. The location is unbeatable: right on a beautiful beach with crystal-clear water. We even swam with turtles and went snorkeling just steps from the shore, without needing to book any tours – it was an unforgettable experience! The resort is a true gem, with stunning surroundings and a relaxing vibe that makes you never want to leave. Highly recommended for anyone looking for the perfect tropical getaway.

The service was top notch. The lady at the reception was excellent and gave me a tour of the hotel during my check in. They offer complementary 4 o'clock tea which is served with Balinese pastries - a very nice touch. Their menu selection is wide, and balances between Bali dishes and other cuisines. It is on the pricier side however the service in the restaurant is excellent. The restaurant is nicely decorated, facing the road. Just across the road there is a mini forest , which elevates the entire experience. The only downside is that the prices on the menu do not include taxes, and you get the surprise bill later. The rooms are clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. I got a room with a balcony and a beautiful view. There was a sitting space on the balcony, where I could just lay down, read a book and relax. Oh, I was upgraded to a junior suite, thank you. Their breakfast is a la carte, which I think is an excellent idea as opposed to the traditional breakfast buffet. They have many options, including healthier breakfast options. The pool area is amazing , great ambience, large pool, and nice vibes. If I had to pick the best thing about this hotel, it would be their service. I absolutely enjoyed my stay. I received personalized service and all the staff were friendly and helpful.
