The place is excellent, the staff is super helpful, and they went far and beyond to receive and accommodate our needs. They gave us chocolates and a wine bottle that was delicious (really kind). The location of the hotel was terrific. There huge variety of restaurants, coffee places, and places to have a delicious breakfast nerby.

Boasting a terrace, The Saul is located in Tel Aviv in the Center District Israel region, 150 metres from Meir Park. We arrived in the middle of a holiday, late in the evening. The staff was exceptionally friendly throughout our stay. The room was extremely clean. Everybody was thoughtful and willing to help us with any problems even in the middle of the night. We were able to rent bicycles from the hotel and had a great time with them in Tel Aviv. Breakfast was not included with our room, but we ate at the restaurant in the hotel and had wonderful breakfast there. The food was excellent and - again - service super-friendly. It was awesome.

The food was fresh, varied, and delicious, which is especially impressive given the challenges of maintaining high standards of kosher cuisine during Passover. A special thanks to Vered Alber, who went above and beyond throughout our stay to ensure that everything was to our satisfaction. Her dedication and professionalism made our experience even more enjoyable and elevated our stay to the highest standards. Highly recommended!

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Botanica. The design and decor of the hotel is particularly charming, with a blend of vintage and modern touches and a gorgeous red feature colour in the bedrooms. The food at breakfast is exceptional, both in quantity and quality, probably the best I've had at any hotel in Israel. The views are great, and overall the hotel has a relaxing getaway feel in the middle of Haifa. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive, especially Yonatan, who ensured all our needs were met and made our stay extra comfortable.
